create a “System of the Typical”, a resource made up of local knowledge and production traditions, potentially capable of meeting global demand;

develop the sustainability of typical products through specific enhancement strategies and effective coordination and guidance at an interregional level;

focus the actions to be taken for the promotion, including for tourism, of local agri-food specialities, highlighting their features, origins and territorial culture;

“export” these local specialities abroad through a cultural exchange of customs and delicacies, between the Orange Flag Municipalities of the Marche region involved in the project and Municipalities beyond Italy’s borders;

contribute to the qualification and differentiation of the offering to strengthen the “BRAND MARCHE”.
